Trying to get the basic skills on a car, know what things are where they are located stuff like that. Thanks

I go through my county library web site.
They have Chilton Auto Repair manuals available for viewing.

Autozone.com doesn’t have all makes and models. What I would do is go to one of those auto parts store and get you a Chilton or Hayens auto repair manual for your vehicle. You’ll have a vast amount of info at your fingetips, and you will be knowleageable enough to do a lot of repairs yourself. It can be easy, and rewarding. Still, in you have to take it to a mechanic, you will be smart enough to know if they are giving you a bunch f BS. Another reason you want the book instead of an online version, is because those books can be a little confusing, and its better on your eyes to stare at the book for a long time than it is on a computer screen. And you can take the whole book down to your vehicle. If the the store doesn’t have the book for you available, they can order it for you and probably have it the next day.
