Go-ped Scooter/Small engines?

My room mate and I just purchased a Go-ped Bigfoot scooter and are having trouble starting it. We have replaced the spark plug and pull string. Our first thought was that the spark plug was bad, but it still isn’t working. We tested the new and old spark plugs by connecting the cable to the plug but disconnecting the plug from the engine and there is no spark when we pull the cable. Any suggestions on how to ge this thing running?

i got a goped with no chain and I don’t know which chain fits on it, what do I do? also what is the fuel to oil ratio on a TLE23 Mitsubishi motor?

This is a goped (im not sure on model, and stuff) that I got for FREE!!! Yes free. It was sitting in a guys garage for 10 years, and he decided he just didn’t wan’t it anymore so he gave it to me for free. It needs a little work (mostly just the gas line). I am wondering if there is a clutch on this thing (even tho I don’t think there’s one Any questions, or comments feal free to ask. * I got it all back together and a vid will be up soon.*
