my engines leaking fluid from the timing chain cover gasket below the water pump(been checked my two mechanics). Was curious how hard that’s to change for a DIYer
my car got put in the shop today because of it leaking coolant, and it stopped on me at the gas station and had to be towed
he said at first it was the water pump, but he called a hour or so later after a more extensive look at it to say it needs a timing cover, and something about the oils and anti freeze being flushed. This COST 450!!! and take 2 days, i want to know does a leak in a timing cover cause this issue? how do you feel about the price?

Should a 79 Honda xl185s have a gasket on the head cover where the cam shaft is? I have a new gasket kit for it, and it does not have that gasket. When i got the motorcycle i did not have it also, and a used part i got did not have a gasket there. Both where sealed with something.

I was having a major coolant leak and my mechanic says it is either the TIMING CASE COVER or the HEAD GASKET. He wants $100 to tell me which one it is and could not give me an estimate for how much it would cost if it was the timing case cover or the head gasket.
Does anyone know what these repairs might cost? The car has cost me over $1600 this year in repairs and I don’t know if I want to bother spending much more on it, it’s full of problems.

Thesis: The AR15 rifle is more reliable than people believe it to be. The Test: Part 1: Dust cover open and up, cover the rifle in sand and run 5 magazines through it. Part 2: No cleaning conducted after part 1, Dust cover open and up, cover the rifle in sand and run it over with a Jeep, then run a magazine through it. Results: Part 1: The rifle functioned flawlessy with no malfunctions. The action was somewhat sluggish towards the end as oil cooked off and more dirt entered the action. Part 2: The rifle did suffer two malfunctions that required combat racking, but otherwise ran. All lubrication was cooked off and there was sand in the action. The larger particles; small rocks, prevents the bolt from going all the way into battery twice. I honestly did not expect it to work at all at this point. The CAV-15 receiver and C4 handguards survived without damaged. The CMMG upper was not damaged aside from finish wear.

This is a machine that I designed and built after years of cleaning carpet and working on other manufacturers equipment. I started building it in January, 2000 and it took me 4 months to build. It is powered by a PTO on top of a split-shaft, which diverts power from the rear axle to the machine. This has been the most reliable machine I have ever owned. Not shown in the video are the control panel, water and chemical boxes and the waste tank. They are behind and above the blower and pump. The machine sits just in front of the rear axle for maximum weight distribution and usage of space. The belt cover was removede for this video.

This is my first YouTube upload ever! As a weekend project, I decided to make a cover of my favorite song. All recorded tracks were original and played (or sung) by me on one guitar using Guitar Rig 3, except for the drums and piano notes, which were MIDI. I figured MIDI works for this song since it’s so techno-y anyway. Yes, I know the video is corny, but whatever.
