A few months ago I got in a car accident with my 2006 Mazda 3. I blew my front driver-side tire on the highway, hit the left wall and did a 180. No other cars were involved.
Some panels and the air bags were replaced. When I got it back, the alignment was bad and it made a humming noise whenever I was turning (even slightly) toward the right at speeds between 40 and 70 mph. I took it back to the mechanic. He fixed the alignment and the noise improved — it happend only when making a SHARP right at 40-70mph. I took it back again. He replaced the bearings (not sure which) and the noise became worse (back to how it was originally). Since then it has been to other mechanics and had the alignment redone and bearings (on front right-side) replaced again. Nothing affects the noise and no one sees anything wrong.
Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks!
I currently drive the truck described obove with concerns of having a lemon. 3 months ago, I had to replace the left from hub or bearing which cost approx. $425. Now I am experiencing the same howling in the left front. Everyone I talk to cannot believe I have to replace the bearings in a 4 year old truck, especially the left one. Is there a possible defect that could be causing the bearings to go out or cannot I be confident that it will be taken care of when I replace them? I am also wondering the quality of bearings to put in: A GM bearing costs $400, I can purchase one from a local auto parts store for $325, or I can purchase one off of Ebay for anywhere from $55 – $180 and have a friend do the repair. Please help me out and give me your opinion on what I should do. Has anyone else had problems with front bearings on a similar truck?
Has anyone had any experience with front hub assemblies purchased from the ebay dealers? If so where you satisfied with the durability and quality

I recently bought a used 2006 mitsubishi lancer. Its comes with 2 keyless entry remotes. On one of the keys the remote is not working so i have to lock and unlock the doors manually. In the second key – the previous owner opened the key and lost the sensor. Can i use the keyless entry remote from the second key and place it in the first key? Do i need to do any programming for that?
