i have a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant V6, and i wanted to custom make a cold air intake with the tubings and filter from aauto zonebut i cant put the filter because the Volume Air Flow Sensor is in the way. I have a 2001 audi a6, the check engine light came on and I took it for a code check and it came out to be the catalytic converter. I recently replace them and the check engine light is still on, someone told me that the audis have 4 cataltics 2 on the bittom and 2 on top. Is this true?

My brakes completely went out yesterday on my 2001 Hyundai Sonata. I replaced the pads about 6 months ago, and last year had a rear wheel bearing replaced. The mechanic said that the faulty wheel bearing ruined a piece in my emergency brake system, so I had him remove the emergency brake components, rather than pay to repair that also. The brakes became soft over the course of a few days, and the other day, the “brake” light on my instrument panel came on. I had brakes for the rest of that trip (2 hours), but got into the car the next day, and the brakes were gone. i checked my brake fluid resevoir, and it was low. So I filled it up, and let the car sit for 2 days. Upon inspection, the brake fluid resevoir is empty again, and the car has not moved. There is obviously a leak, but how do I go about finding it? There are some extra springs and other small parts the came with the actual housing.

We have a 2001 Ford Windstar limited. The power sliding door on the passengers side stopped working by key fob, button, and power assist when opening with the handle. This is only a problem with the door on one side. It will open a little everynow and then when using the buttons up front or the buttons for the passenger. It gets about 6 inches open and stops. It also doesn’t even sound like it’s trying.
engine seized up on expressway while driving. Told by shop that looked at it that the motor is gone and that there was no oil. The car had been using up a lot of oil and while an oil change was done less than a month ago, I had taken a couple of trips and did drive the car more than normal since the oil change.

I have an automatic, it just decided overnight while at work to not work. When i put it into drive, 3rd or Low it wont change from first to any other gear, it just stays in 1st and revs really high when it needs to change but stays in first.. I’m trying to rule out what it could be I’ve heard a couple people say to check the transmission vacuum line that it could be cracked or busted. Where is this located? I’m not car savy by any means.
