I have searched to manuals and no examples or ideas. I see a bottom drain plug and I see two (2) plugs on top of transmission that have a hex shape hole in them. This is a manual front wheel drive transmission.
The dash lights in my 1993 ford escort are dim, and I’m wondering if it’s a fuse, or if it’s the lights in the dash board. I’m thinking it’s electrical solely based on the fact my a/c doesn’t work either, and I know that that sometimes can be an electrical problem.
walk around of my 1993 Jeep Cherokee. 40 series flowmaster muffler 2 1/2 inch mandral bent pipe built from bends off of e-bay. Dumped before the axle. This video does not do justice of how great it sounds in person. Taken from a digital camera.

This is part one of a two part video about a diesel engine swap into a 1993 Suburban. It is a 2wd model with 3.73:1 gearing, and a THM 700-R4 transmission. FYI, the faulty 1400 RPM fast idle has since been corrected. It now fast idles at 850 RPM. The goal in performing this swap is to get a large vehicle to obtain decent fuel economy, as this is to be the family car which will be used to take vacations, travel to visit family, and run to the grocery store. The Suburban was purchased cheaply with a worn out 350 Gas V8 and a slipping 4L60-E transmission. My total outlay for this project, including the cost of the Suburban, is about $4200, due to lots of advanced planning, and lots and lots of time scouring the local you pull it junkyards for deals. The engine is a combination of parts from two engines, a J code 6.2L from a 1984 C2500 Suburban, which was in immaculate condition on the inside, but unfortunately had main bearing web cracks, and a C code engine from a light 3/4 ton 1985 van with only 56000 miles on the odometer, and has been upgraded to a serpentine belt setup. The engine was rebuilt, utilizing the un-cracked C code engine block, and modified for durability and maximum fuel economy. The engine has a DSG main bearing girdle, Fel-Pro gaskets including head gaskets with a 0.010″ overbore sized fire ring and 0010″ thicker to reduce compression slightly to a calculated 20:1 from 22.5:1, Sealed Power ring and bearing kit, new timing chain, the C code pump, a set of …
I have a 1993 Chevy Lumina Euro and am having transmission problems. The car was driving perfectly fine ( i had only had it a month, I bought it from an individual) and then one day I stopped at a red light, and when I went to go, it wouldn’t move. Not forward or reverse. As I said, there was no slippage or anything. Any ideas? If not, can you tell me how I would go about removing the tranny in order to replace it? Thanks for all your help.
Did a 1993 dodge viper have a/c put in it and how many came with it? My father has one, and many people say that Dodge did not put air conditioning in until 1994. Please help!
As the title says. Don’t minde my shaky hands lol. It’s a good truck, runs really well, nothing major wrong with it. It’s a conversion truck, done by Southern Coach, so in a way it’s kinda rare. The paint job is uniqe and I’ve never seen another like it (it was a demo truck at a dealership, so I think the paint might be 1 of a kind). I believe it’s fully optioned (except sliding window). 350 V8, all power, Silverado package, and the stuff added by southern coach. It has antelope leather bucket seats which are worn but still comfortable. It had wood finish inside, sideskirts ouside, dual exhuast, radar, CB and bedrails, all which were removed by the pervious owner (except the bedrails which I removed to put the bed cover on). The rear is dropped 2 1/2 inches, the tires are 275/60/15 radial T/As on Cragar soft 8s (it came with the wheels put on by the conversion company, they were alloys made by progressive). There are a few things that need fixing though, A/C doesn’t work, hazard lights dont work, something wrong with drivers window (goes up half way then stops. Then you have to pull it up a little by hand and then the button brings it up the rest of the way) and that’s really it. Still, for having over 200k miles, it still runs strong and doesn’t burn any oil. I’ve done a bit of work to the truck, new front bumper, painted interior, new carpet, door panels, Grant steering wheel, custom headliner, vinyl visors, calview mirrors, tint, stubby antenna, all new stereo system …
