Noone in their right mind will give you an estimate on repairs without first seeing and inspecting the car first. The repair cost also is affected by local market prices and conditions, as well as cost of repair parts. There could be multiple problems with a clutch that causes a failure, some are cheap fixes while a full replacement can run you hundreds of dollars. Shocks you could get a reasonable estimate probably by visiting the website for Midas or others. Brakes again can be really expensive or very cheap depending on what exactly needs to be replaced. Midas also does brakes (oh, and meineke)

Take the vehice to the actual repair facility. The only thing they can quote you is the cost of the parts. The vehicle needs to be properly inspected because they could be smaller or additional components causing the problems with the bigger components. You would be very upset after talking with them on the phone and then after they actually inspect the vehicle the prices triples because now they had a physical opportunity see all the parts in that particular system. Example you have some brake noise and you assume its the pads so you say I could go to midas because they have a special for 89.95 per axle, but after they look at vehicle and find out the you need pads, hardware, and rotor resurfaced. so now a 89.95 job turns to 300.00. So to be on the safe side Just take the vehicle in.
