Confused about brake fluid bleeding on a 1999 KIA Sportage 2 dr.?

I have a 99 KIA Sportage and I am going to replace a leaky clutch slave cylinder. After I do that, brake bleeding is required because my hydraulic clutch system and brake system share the same master cylinder reservoir. I have asked around a few mechanic shops about how to bleed my brake fluid and I have factory manual that explains step by step how to bleed my clutch hydraulic system. But these directions are very vague to me. Here they are….

BLEEDING
The brake fluid reservoir must be more than 3/4 full during bleeding.
All air must be bled out of the hydraulic system for correct clutch operation.
1.Remove bleeder cap.
2.Attach a suitable hose to the bleeder screw and direct end of hose into see-through container.
3.Hold the clutch pedal down, open the slave cylinder bleeder screw to let any air escape. Close bleeder screw and let the pedal up.
4.Repeat step 1 until only fluid comes out of the bleeder screw.
5.Replace bleeder cap and discard used brake fluid in container.

First of all, what is a bleeder cap and where is it on the vehicle. Mechanics have told me I have to take all four wheels off the vehicle and bleed the brakes from each tire.
So here’s where I am really confused, even though my clutch system and brake system share the same fluid, am I bleeding the brakes or the hydraulic clutch system? and is there a difference with my particular vehicle? Can someone explain to me this process so it is easier for me to understand? Thanks for the help.

Oh and by the way, every time I ask this question, I get the usual idiot who tells me the brake and clutch system don’t share the master cylinder reservoir. ON MY VEHICLE THE HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM AND BRAKE SYSTEM DO SHARE THE SAME MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR!!! Which means if I have a leak in my brake lines, I not only loose braking power but it also affect my clutch.

Toyota Celica 1993 Clutch Problem?

theres no pressure on the clutch it sticks to the floor, and half way it makes a crunching sort of noise, i tried bleeding the clutch by gravity and pumping but that didn’t work, there still was no pressure in the clutch, when i loosen the bleeder valve my clutch goes in and out with no pressure but it goes smoothly, no crunching sort of noise, when i tighten up the valve still no pressure and the crunching noise returns =[, any 1 know what the prob is? im sure theres no leaks as i have not spotting any..

Does a 1997 honda civic dx have a clutch cable?

Greetings. i have a 1997 honda civic dx and i was wondering if it has a clutch cable or is it hydrolics? my reason is i have recently noticed a very weak clutch pedal. i was at first able to pump it a few times and it would tighten up and shift. my 2 answers i received stated slave cylinder and other was referring to clutch cable adjustment. i need more detail if it needs bleeding or a simple adjustment and if so how abouts doing this? thanks much appreciated

I have a 1987 bmw 325 and the clutch slowly goes all the way to the floor and stays there, does it need fluid?

i don’t think it’s the clutch because the brake fluid light went one right before this happened and the 325i uses an hydraulic clutch which uses the same brake fluid reservoir. Should I bleed the break system and put more dot 4?
