When doing crunches, does it ever reach the stage where continuing on will have no effect, i.e. your abs have been broken down to the maximum amount and have already started repairing?
I took my car in for the ABS light being on, they connected it to a diagnostic and we have replaced all four wheel bearings, the breaks, the emergency break, the transmission had to be rebuilt and the rear differential had to be replaced. took it back in and now they are telling me that the front differential is bad???? is this possible? I’m 7000 into repairs on a car I dont even want anymore!! Am I being taken for a ride?

but i have a high threshold for pain, and i’m still very flexible.
NOW, recently I started having BAD siatica and leg pain down my left leg. CONSTANT, for about a month now.
Today I did an excercise I used to do in PT, I lay on my back with knees bent, (like the crunches position) contract the abs, squeeze the buttocks, and bridge your back, so you’re flat and butt off the floor. (in this position the only things touching the floor is your feet, head and shoulders)
This made my leg pain go away, INSTANTLY. my back pain too. it’s never done this. honest to god. it feels like a miracle. i feel like i might be cured.
am i crazy? is it going to come back?
did i do something really bad???

Muscles of my stomach are good enough, and I can feel them, but they are hiding behind that disgusting skin.

My brake lights stay on all the time, even with car ignition off and key out. I replaced the fuse and can only guess that it is the brake light switch that may be stuck. Problem is that I can’t find it. Is it on the master cylinder or way under the brake pedal arm?

My car is about to be paid off, and its a maintance junk. The ABS system light keeps going off, Im waiting for the place to call to say what is wrong and how much. If I sell the car without them fixing the ABS system will that dramatically take turn turn in value down. Cause I dont want to pay $600 to fix it, than sell it when it wasnt gonna effect the turn in value that much. Hope this question makes sense.
So I finally replaced my falling apart Clear Alternatives Integrated Tail Light with a LockHart Phillips Integrated Tailight. However, I am having a issue. For some reason my rear tail light is constantly on, I think. It is way to bright in my opinion to be just the parking light. Or am I wrong? (Look at video) I looked at both the rear and front brake switches and and screwed them all the way off so there is no contact and the brake light is still bright. When I click the switches nothing happens and it still stays bright. WTF!!!! I checked my fuses and made sure all my lines to the tail light or correct. My blinkers work perfectly too!! Can anyone tell me the proper steps to take to troubleshoot this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I’m 26yrs, 5’6′ and I weigh 132lbs, and I would like to lose 12 lbs. I exercies an hour and a half 5-6 days a week; doing 30 minutes on the bike, 45 minutes strength training with 60 seconds of carido in between each rep & set, and 15 minutes of pilates for my abs. And for a living I do renovations and repairs. How many caloires should I eat a day to lose the 12 lbs. Thanks
I own a 2004 Nissan Maxima with an ABS problem. I was told this week that repairs could cost as much as $5,000. even if NISSAN knows about the problem that is caused by faulty parts and refuse to recall. A friend of mine also have the same problem with his NISSAN.

THIS PART OF THE REBUILD IS HOW TO USE CHEMICALS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE AND STEER CLEAR OF USING SANDBLASTING WHICH YOU CAN NEVER GET THE GRAINS OUT OF THE CASTING…TO REMOVE THE DRUM I USED A 356 PORSCHE TOOL AND IT WILL REMOVE ANY DRUM WITH OUT TO MUCH DAMAGE. THESE DRUMS WERE USED ON A DUNE BUGGY AND SHOWED A RIDGE ON THE OUTER EDGE OF THE BRAKE DRUM CONTACT AREA. I WOULD SAY THE SAND DID A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING THE DRUM CLEAN. ONCE THE DRUM WAS REMOVED I COULD GET AT THE BACKING PLATE AND GOT IT REMOVED.. THIS ALLOWS YOU FULL ACCESS THE THE DROP GEAR HOUSING. I PUT AS MANY PARTS AS POSSIBLE IN A SOLUTION OF CAUSTIC DEGREASER FOR SOAKING.. MALCO PRODUCTS POTENT PURPLE IS JUST SUCH A CAUSTIC DEGREASER.. WHILE SOAKING I WELDED A WASHER ON THE ACCESS PLUG AND USED A MONKEY STICK TO PULL THE COVER OFF.A MONKEY STICK IS A LONG ROUND ROD WITH A SISSOR JACK ATTACHED TO GO UP AND DOWN THE ROD -WITH A HOOK DESIGNED TO ATTACH A CHAIN TO PULL WITH .MOST BODYMEN WILL HAVE SUCH A TOOL..THEY USE IT TO STRAIGHTED RADIATOR CORE SUPPORTS.AND IS QUICK WORK BY AN EXPERT.AFTER I DID MY FIRST ACCESS COVER I CAN TELL YOU IF YOU WELD A 1″ SQUARE TUBE ON ONE END A WELD A BIG 3″ ROUND WASHER ON THE OTHER END YOU CAN WITH SOME EFFORT GRIPPING THE BIG WASHER AND GIVING IT A WIGGLE FROM SIDE TO SIDE THAT PLUG WILL COME OFF.
